By scheduling or receiving services from Weathers Home Services, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. The Client acknowledges that exterior cleaning services, including pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, trash bin cleaning, and junk removal, may reveal or exacerbate pre-existing damage or structural weaknesses. The Company is not responsible for any damage resulting from conditions that existed prior to the service, including, but not limited to, loose siding, shingles, gutters, or trim, cracked, improperly sealed, or defective windows, oxidized, deteriorated, or sun-damaged surfaces, or improperly installed materials. By proceeding with the scheduled service, the Client accepts all risks associated with pre-existing conditions. Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of twenty Percent (20%) of the scheduled service cost. The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances at its discretion. By scheduling service with the Company, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
